Shipping of large items may be via freight line and require additional delivery time. Tracking information is sometimes unavailable for large items due to shipping via freight. Additionally, some of the items we sell are custom built to order, and may require a longer lead time to ship.


Shipping costs are based on weight. You will be notified of shipping costs during checkout. Additional custom fees may be charged depending on applicable regulations.
Lead times may vary for out of stock items. Some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer to your address. Extra delivery time is needed for the vendor to receive your order and process it.

Your request for a return may not be accepted. Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and in some cases we are cannot accept a return. 


Return requests will need to be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
