How to Access Your Account

If you are an existing LEHR Customer, you will have an account on this site! To access your account, please follow the instructions included here if you did not receive an email to set your password.
To Access Your Account: 

  1. You should have received an email from asking you to set or reset your password. 
  2. If you did not receive this email, please check your spam folder, and first consider adding LEHR to your list of safe senders. Some tips on how to ensure that you receive messages from LEHR are included below:
    • Outlook: Select a message from a LEHR sender that you would like to add to your safe senders list and navigate to your ‘Home’ tab in Outlook. In the ‘Delete’ Group of your home tab, select the drop-down arrow next to ‘Junk’ and select ‘Never Block Sender’.
    • Gmail: If the email was directed to your Spam folder, simply mark the message as ‘Not Spam’. After this action, subsequent emails will not be marked as spam.
    • iCloud: In your contacts on, select the Add (+) button in the sidebar, then choose ‘New Contact’. Enter information for LEHR, especially this email address. Select Done.
  3. Then, please visit the Forgot Password Page to set or reset your password. Following your request, you should receive an email similar to the email pictured below:
